And the place where my grandson will be on Saturday, The Bushnell in Hartford for Jim Henson's Dinosaur Train LIVE! Buddy;s Big Adventure. The show will be presented at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Go to the Bushnell website to purchase tickets.

This is the weekend before the Daffodil Festival weekend in Meriden  and the Pre-Festival has a lot to offer on its own. On Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. the festival tent is the site of Connecticut's largest tag sale. At 10 a.m. on Sunday there is a charity 5K run.
