Visiting the Peabody Museum

The Peabody Museum in New Haven is one of Connecticut's treasures. Located on the campus of Yale University, it is not difficult to find but parking is. You need to keep your eyes ope for the sign and then once you enter the parking lot you need to go in as far as you can and the turn left and go as far as you can. You'll then see the sign so that you can get your ticket. Cost is $5 which you pay at the desk, be sure to carry your card with you and get it validated.

We went with our 5 year old great grand son and almost 4 year old grandson. They were delighted with it. They loved the dinosaur bones but there was much more beyond that on three floors. 

They enjoyed the the hands on things and also surprisingly the birds.
